1. Does iDesign support Windows 10 and 64 bit OS? Answer: Yes, iDesign supports Windows 10 and is able to run in 64 bit Windows OS.

2. What is difference between key and keyless? Answer: iDesign Keyless was launched in 2011 to allow users to download the latest software from our website and licensed it online, no physical key is required. This not only saves up shipping cost as well as eliminates USB port detection issues due to security reason. On top of that, it also saves up one USB port for users at all times and eliminates missing dongle issue.
For dongle key version, users are required to plug the dongle key into the USB port at all times when running iDesign.

5. What are the advantages for online activation as compared to offline activation? Answer: Online activation allows you to licence the software on the spot without waiting for any vendor assistance for offline registration. In addition, you not only have full control on the registration, you can transfer the licence to another new PC by deactivating the software on the existing PC and register on another new PC at your own freewill.

6. Do you need a local administrator login for activation? Answer: Yes, for the first time especially. You will need to right click and run as administrator for the first time.

10. How to get help? Answer: You can always press F1 from the main screen to launch Help screen. You can then select the topic that you are interested or select Index tab and enter the key word that you would like to search. The system will bring you to the right topic.
